Welcome to Villa Vergèze.

Located in the Idyllic French town of Vergèze near Nimes in the South of France, within the region of Languedoc-Roussillon and the local département of Gard.

Villa Vergèze We have two villas situated within their own private courtyard, south facing for plenty of sunshine.  This is not a typical tourist spot with high rise apartment buildings and late night bars, but rather a home from home providing a pleasant peaceful stay in a clean comfortable villa within a nice village with nice people, yet within an area full of amenities and plenty of history and opportunities for sightseeing.

We invite you to hire one of the villa's to take in this beautiful and interesting part of the world.  Our other Villa is currently occupied on long term let.

Take in the local town ambience providing locally produced fresh food on a daily basis, whether it be from the local street market, through the local Boulangerie, Patisserie or Crêperie, or sampled in one of the local Restaurant's.

Going further afield, this area of France is full of ancient roman architecture, some dating back 2500 years, vast vineyards and the beautiful Mediterranean coast, and all within 20 minutes to 1 hour from the Villa, making this the perfect base to explore from.  If you are keen to explore further still, you could take a car into Marseille, Cannes, or Nice, or perhaps go west over the border into Spain and visit Barcelona, Andorra, or east into Monaco or Italy.

Closer to the Villa, Vergèze is famous for being the home of Perrier Natural Carbonated Water.  Here they not only bottle the water but manufacture the bottles in the 'Verrerie du Languedoc' (Glassworks).  You can always take in a tour of the plant whilst you are there.

With so much to see and do, you may need to visit a few times to take it all in.

Thanks for visiting our site - We wish you a pleasant stay!
